Special Event Application

A Special Event is defined as a March/Parade, Walk-a-thon, bike-a-thon, jogging group, or other organized
group/function using the public streets or public right-of-way.

  1. No permit shall be issued for a special event unless application has been made not less than 30 days in
    advance of the date on which said special event is sought to be held.
  2. No event shall commence earlier than 8:00 AM nor continue beyond 8:00 PM.
  3. All directional signs for the special event must be removed within 24 hours.
  4. Please email the completed application to the clerk's email address; or return to the Municipal Manager's
    Office: 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666 – Second Floor of the municipal building.
