Minor Diversions/Disposals on: Block 902/Lot 1, Block 903/Lot 1, Block 4701/Lot 1, Block 4704/Lot 1, Block 2701/Lot 1, Block 2210/Lot 5, Block 2211/Lot 1

This notice is to provide you with written notification that Teaneck Township (Applicant), located at 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666, will hold a public hearing to obtain comments regarding its proposal to the NJDEP Green Acres Program, for the proposed diversions/disposals of parkland (0.10 acres of permanent easements and 0.23 acres of fee takes) including Gaylord Park, Windsor Park, and Milton Votee Park owned by Teaneck Township. The public hearing will be held at the Richard Rodda Community Center MP-1 on July 30, 2024 at 6 PM. All interested parties are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. In addition to oral comments presented during the hearing, written comments may be submitted to the agencies listed below. All written comments must be received within two weeks following the hearing by August 15, 2024.

The proposed parkland diversions/disposals would involve minor easements and fee takes on seven properties along Route 4 to accommodate the improvements to the Route 4 roadway, bridge replacement, subsurface drainage basin, and acceleration/deceleration lanes near Belle Avenue.
