PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TEANECK PLANNING BOARD, BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Teaneck Planning Board has scheduled a regular meeting
on Thursday December 12th, 2024 at 7:30PM. The meeting will be held at the Richard Rodda
Community Center-Room MP-1, 250 Colonial Ct. Teaneck, NJ 07666. The Planning Board of
the Township of Teaneck will seek continued public discussion, comment and input prior to
adoption of the Master Plan of the Township of Teaneck. A copy of all documents proposed for
adoption are on file in the Township Clerk’s office for public inspection at the Township
Municipal Building, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666 from Monday to Friday, between
9:00AM and 4:00PM A copy of the Master Plan may also be found digitally on the township

The agenda for the Board's Meeting, to the extent known at this time, will contain a hearing on
the Master Plan of the Township of Teaneck, and other matters may be added to the agenda.
Please take notice that formal action may be taken, including but not limited to the adoption of
the Master Plan, as amended, and/or such other matters that may come before the Board at the
meeting.

Please be advised that the Master Plan that is proposed for adoption and all documents, plans,
maps, applications and reports relating to any item on the agenda, are also available for public
inspection at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the meeting, Monday through Thursday
from 9:00AM to 4:00PM in the office of the Planning Board Secretary, Township of Teaneck,
818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666. The meetings are open to the public. Formal action
may be taken by the Board for any item on the final agenda.
