Public Hearing Announcement of a Teaneck NJ Green Acres Application for Improvements to Argonne Park

 PURPOSE: The Township of Teaneck is seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Program for improvements at Argonne Park located at 1427 Aspen Terrace and the intersection of East Englewood Avenue and Aspen Terrace in the Township of Teaneck, NJ, 07666.

PROJECT SCOPE: The Township of Teaneck proposes to create the following facilities at Argonne Park: a splash pad and a prefabricated restroom. A concept plan showing the proposed changes, a preliminary cost estimate, and an environmental impact assessment can be found at: https://www.teanecknj.gov/.

PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 6:30pm. The meeting will be held in person, as part of the regularly scheduled Council meeting.

The Meeting will also be held on ZOOM with login information available on the township website & meeting agenda.
