NOTICE OF CHANGE OF START TIME AND LOCATION FOR THE 2024 MEETINGS OF THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK, BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the remainder of the 2024 regular meetings of the Township of Teaneck Planning Board (“Board”), will all commence at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matters can be reached, at the RICHARD RODDA COMMUNITY CENTER, 250 COLONIAL COURT, in room MP-1. The meetings will also be streamed to ZOOM. Participation will be limited to in-person. ZOOM Log-in information along with agenda information will be made available to the public on www.teanecknj.gov prior to each meeting. Take notice that adequate notice of these meetings is being provided in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-8, 10:4-9 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 10:4-10.

Please take notice that formal action may be taken on applications, and/or such other matters to come before the Board at these meetings. Please be advised that all documents, plans, maps, applications and reports relating to any item on the agenda are available for public inspection at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the Meetings, Monday through Friday during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Secretary, Township of Teaneck, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666. The meetings are open to the public.  Official action will be taken. For agenda information, please go the agendas & minutes section of the township website – www.teanecknj.gov
